Acceptance of Terms

By accessing COSMIC AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a business (Bindu Intelligence LLC), that business also accepts these terms.

Description of Service

COSMIC AI is an AI aggregation platform. We provide access to various third-party LLMs and agentic tools. You acknowledge that AI can "hallucinate" or provide inaccurate information. COSMIC AI is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Wallet, Credits, and Payments

• Credit System: Usage is billed in credits.
• Subscription Credits: Part of a monthly plan; these expire at the end of the billing cycle.
• Purchased Credits: Top-ups that do not expire.
• No Refunds: Due to the immediate costs incurred from AI providers, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Failure of Generation: If a model fails to respond due to a technical error, credits will not be deducted.

Prohibited Conduct & AI Safety

You agree not to use COSMIC AI to:

• Generate Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any illegal content.
• Engage in "jailbreaking" or attempting to bypass the Smart Router's safety filters.
• Automate the service (scraping) without an official API license.

Rating: We provide like and dislike buttons on all AI outputs. Content violating these terms will be removed, and users may be banned.

Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all inputs you provide. You are granted ownership of AI-generated outputs to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers.
• Our Platform: The COSMIC AI interface, the Smart Router logic, and all branding are the exclusive property of Bindu Intelligence LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Bindu Intelligence LLC provides the service "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the AI, including business interruptions or data loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Bindu Intelligence LLC is registered.
